Tickets not used on the specified date and time are invalid, and neither a refund of the ticket price nor the service fee, nor any changes to the ticket, are possible. Requests for refunds of tickets not used on the specified date and time cannot be made through Biletinial.

If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, you may contact Biletinial no later than 48 hours before the event time. 

The organizing institution and/or organization reserves the right to change seating arrangements in the concert venues and/or concert halls as it deems appropriate. 

The User acknowledges that they comply with the age restrictions applicable to the event for tickets purchased through Biletinial. For age-restricted events, presentation of valid identification will be required at the event venue. 

If discounted tickets are available for the event and a ticket is purchased using the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes to abide by the terms of that discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, presentation of identification at the event venue will be mandatory.

In the event of arriving late for the event, Biletinial assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the User’s admission to the event venue.
