This Privacy Notice has been prepared within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law on the Protection of Personal Data") concerning the processing and transfer of personal data of individuals as regulated by the Law. Within the scope of Law No. 6698, any current information you have shared with our company will be considered as "Personal Data".

As Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc. ("Biletinial.com"), we process your personal data within the framework of the services we provide to you in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law on the Protection of Personal Data") with utmost care and sensitivity. We take all necessary technical and administrative measures, including possible technological means, to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and to ensure the secure storage of your personal data. In this context, we would like to inform you about how your data is processed, with whom it may be shared, and under which circumstances.

Data Controller

Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law on the Protection of Personal Data"), your personal data may be processed by Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc. as the "Data Controller" within the scope of the purposes described below.

Within the scope of benefiting from the services and products of Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc. and its brands, your personal data listed below is processed through digital and physical platforms such as our call center, websites, kiosks, and social media:

· Your location data and data related to the movies you have watched in which cinemas, and data related to the products and services you have purchased,

· Ensuring the smooth operation of cinema application management tools and resolving problems through cinema application error checks,

· Outsourcing from external sources such as obtaining services for the development of products and services and obtaining technology and infrastructure services,

· Storing and sharing the mandatory information and documents required within the framework of the operation and requested by public institutions and organizations and fulfilling notification obligations and other legal obligations,

· Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of our systems and applications,

· Sharing significant information and documents with our business partners for the performance of work with them within the framework of the presentation and development of our products and services, and similar purposes and other purposes that may arise.

In addition, your personal data may be processed in digital and physical environments, by being transferred to physical and/or electronic archives and information systems owned by Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc. and/or its business partners, by being stored, preserved, updated, and classified, as well as by being used for the purposes specified in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation. Your personal data may be transferred to Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc.'s physical and/or electronic archives and information systems, as well as to our business partners, service providers, suppliers, and public institutions and organizations, in order to carry out the necessary works and activities within the scope of the services provided to you, and to fulfill our legal obligations and establish necessary business processes, with the exception of the cases where your explicit consent is required or permitted by the legislation.

c) Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data is collected through various channels and platforms, including our call center, websites, kiosks, social media, and other sales channels. The legal reasons for the processing of your personal data are as follows:

· Processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations as the data controller, primarily based on the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, and other relevant laws and regulations,

· Processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

· Processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc. or a third party, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

d) Data Subject's Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698:

· To learn whether your personal data has been processed,

· To request information about the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,

· To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

· To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

· To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

· To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698,

· To request notification of the operations carried out as a result of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

· To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

· To claim compensation for the damages you have suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can send your requests regarding your rights as a data subject to Biletinial Ticket Printing and Distribution Inc. in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Depending on the nature of your request, your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

e) As a Data Subject, Your Rights:

Under the law, you have the following rights as a data subject:

The right to learn whether your personal data is being processed,

The right to request information about the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,

The right to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

The right to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

The right to request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

The right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,

The right to request that the actions taken regarding the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

The right to object to any negative consequences that may arise from the processing of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

The right to demand compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.

In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can exercise your aforementioned rights by submitting your request to our company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any methods at present, your application must be submitted in writing to our company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Within this framework, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your written application within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law are explained.

Our company reserves the right to make changes to this notification due to possible amendments to the Personal Data Protection Law and methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
